Template Support Terms and Conditions

Your template purchase comes with the following support included, valid 3 months from the date of purchase. Additional support after this time may incur additional cost.

We are happy to help you with support relating to template related questions, anything Squarespace related or business related is not included.

Your template purchase does not include support with, but not limited to, anything added after the template was delivered. The includes but is not limited to: apps, plug-ins, CSS or other added coding, high end graphic or video, custom fonts, etc.

We offer support via email and text. Response times vary per communication method, but we aim to respond within 48-72 business hours if not sooner. This time frame may vary due to potential unforeseen circumstances.

If your support request falls outside of our support policy, we offer support and maintenance service options. We can also invoice for short term support needs.

Refund & Exchange Policy

NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES. Due to the fact that all of our products are of a digital nature, they cannot be returned or exchanged. We cannot issue refunds after the purchase has been made. If you have gone through the content and decided that the template isn’t going to work for you, email us and explain to us why your situation has changed or why the template isn’t going to work for you (in case we can help resolve any issues).

Template Licensing

Each Squarespace Template purchase may be used for one website. 1 template purchase = 1 license for 1 website. If you want to use the same template on a second website, you will need to repurchase it again to buy another license.

Design Copyright

This design template is copyrighted by iBRAG. You may not resell the design or claim the design as your own. You may not share the template, graphics, files or any design elements provided in your purchase with anyone else.

Squarespace Template Delivery

We will always do our best to have your template sent within 48 business hrs. (Mon-Fri), but this time frame may be longer due to unforeseen circumstances and we can’t guarantee that it won’t take longer. If we are able, we will communicate any delays as quickly as possible. Please contact us if it has been over 72 business hrs. (Mon-Fri) and you have not yet received your template.

Squarespace Template Ownership

Once the template is added into your account it is your responsibility to add your own content and edit the site. If you make any accidental changes to the template we cannot reverse these for you.

A purchase of a Template includes your chosen template delivered only once. 

If you make any accidental changes to your template and want the template sent again, if you accidentally delete the template, or if you don’t accept the invitation to your new template within 6 months of purchase and your free trial expires, then you will need to repurchase the template so we can send it again.

Your template will come into your account on a 6 month free trial. If you let this free trial run out, Squarespace will mark your website for deletion. If your website gets deleted and you want the template resent, you will have to repurchase the template so we redeliver it. Make sure your trial doesn’t run out by asking Squarespace support for a trial extension, or upgrading your site to a paid plan.
